Two ways to build with us
Complete, turnkey
Grey structure plus finishing: tiles, woodwork, kitchen, bathrooms, paint and fixtures. You hand over the plot, we hand over the keys.
How a build runs
Site visit and brief
We walk the plot with you and note what you want: storeys, rooms, budget and when you need to move in.
Design and approval
Drawings are prepared and the map is submitted to the society for approval.
Written contract
Scope, rate, material brands, payment stages and timeline in one document you sign before work starts.
Construction
Work moves stage by stage. You get site photos on WhatsApp and can visit at any time.
Handover
Final walk-through, snag list cleared, keys handed over.

How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the size and the finishing. A 5 or 10 marla double-storey grey structure typically takes a few months, and complete finishing adds more. We give you a written timeline in the contract before work starts.
